Who doesn't need a good friend in their life? I know I do. The saying "good friends are hard to find" is definitely true. I can count the number of people I consider to be good friends on one hand. They are people who have been in my life for years. I often turn to them when I'm feeling frustrated with things in my life. For instance, earlier today I was talking to a friend about one of my jobs. Yes, I have more than one. I really don't like this job, but I won't quit because the manager wants me to. I know this sounds ridiculous. I wouldn't give her the satisfaction of thinking she has won over me. I'm not a quitter. It's all mind games really and I could care less what she thinks; maybe, I stay for the principle. So the conversation went on like that and my friend just listened and offered some pretty good advice. That's what friends are for, right?
